They do make front disk brake conversions & you can upgrade the master cylinder with brake booster setup. Remember saftey is the key issue, not only for yourself but for the public. I think it would be pretty cool seeing a old chevy pulling a gooseneck going down the road with all the newer trucks doing the same. Good luck.
