The cabs are the same for the Army G506 and the Art Deco civilian trucks with some variation from 41-45. There is no gas tank under the seat, the battery is not under the floor board, The instruments are different and from 42 on no ash tray.
The 41's had a few more civilian trim items inside but by 43 all that was gone. A civilian cab could replace a military one and with some minor interior sheet metal work no one would know
