Yes, the wrist pin sizes will be the same, no matter what the piston diameter is. At one time, oversize wrist pins were available, to be used by reaming the pin holes oversize, but when the engine was rebored, the wrist pin size went back to standard. Since stovebolt rods clamp onto the pins, there's no wrist pin bushings to deal with in the rods. Go ahead and swap a couple of rods if necessary.
