Kurt_51carryall Shop Shark K Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 835 Raleigh,NC	Coach, Just a suggestion, you may want to try the easy fix to your column shifter first before you launch into the more difficult floor shifter scenario. Could be that once it is working well, you may like it just fine. Kurt
