Agreed with the rest. I really think it to be a 54 with an add on strip. The 53 cab has sort of a "widow's peak" that matches the divider. That cab looks to be missing the peak and matches the curved windshield. Maybe they just glued the strips on, maybe they figured out a different way to mount them. My vote is 54 with add on trim.
