So my truck was originally a military truck and was painted Olive Drab. An electric company painted the truck white (not a very good job) and that white top coat appears to be peeling away in some spots revealing the olive underneath.
On other places it's not peeling away. Can I just sand the top white coat off on the entire truck to reveal the olive underneath? Or will sanding ruin both coats and I shouldn't waste my time? Any advice on this?
On this pic you can see where the paint has "worn off". Other places it's completely peeling off (I can flake off with my finger).
