Hi Joe
i think my next move is going to be putting a 1" heat spacer under the carb and check that all my fuel hoses are clear of hot spots.
I think it may be fuel bubbling in the carb because of the heat and passing through the needle and seat,
I will let you know how i get on, i should have it on this weekend
