Pepsi,you're a little vague about which year of truck but if it's an AD like Alvin says the rear glass guides are handed left and right.
The bottom mounting brackets are offset to fit the shape of the door.
Pre-51 will be different from '51 and later due to the vent glass and frameless drop glasses.
Sounds like you may have one of each.
