Found casting code N 3838227. Best I could find out is 63 and 64, 6 lug, had these style panhard bars and 63 has a pressed on backing plate and 64 has a welded. This is welded. I am trying to confirm this 1964 idea with the numbers. This is to get correct brake/axle parts. it seems like 64 and up stayed pretty much the same. HOWEVER! the 64 rear axle seal is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Can't find any other numbers/date code on it (yet). Thanks for the help Mearl, anyone else?
