That is good advice from Woogeroo, and is what I should have done when I had problems with Heavy Chevy. With that incident several years in the past, I figured they had gone out of business. I also can only relate what happened to me, with out judgement on my part. As I have related in other posts, several years ago I had problems with Jim Carter. That appears not to be the norm for Jim Carter. I know every vendor can not make every customer happy every time. It would however be interesting to see the vendors with high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as the vendors who don't stack up so well.
