Areas that are chipped off/worn you can see that same shade of blue under the red. I can't seem to find any blue on fenders. But is that blue a 1950 color? If we can assume that that tiny metal plate wasn't removed to paint on a new color in the past, then it may be safe to say that the cab and bed are original to the truck.......what do you think?
