welcome to the garage beery - the disassembly of the door glass is in the manual, if you don't have one, well here ya go [section 1] .... the vent assembly has some very small short screws around the top hidden under the rubber, don't drop them .... the vent rubber isn't simple to change, but needs the unit out of the door to do properly
