I am working on replacing the inner and outer cowl panels on my 55 1st series. I have the fenders and inner fenders off but have left the hood on. I now have to remove the hood. Do I just remove the bolts on the hinges or is there anything I have to be careful about? I am waiting until I can have a few people there so we can lift it out of the way without damaging the hood or anything else.
