SwingDaddy: Thanks for the info. I didn't know about the difference in size on the 302. Sounds like the 292 would be the way to go if I need a bigger motor.
What do you recommend I do to get the most out of my 250. I don't want anything extreme, just want to make it reach its full potential.
You must be psychic about the trans. I was thinking the same thing. Do you know of any sources (make/model/year) for a 5 speed that would be a relatively easy swap?
