The 1 1/2 ton 5100S will have 15000lb. gvw, on the ID plate in the driver door jamb. If it says 16000lb. it's a 2 ton. You can't tell the difference in them by eyeballing the two. Looking forward to seeing it. I've owned close to thirty GM COE's, the past 25, or more years. I commented on your seat question in the interior section also.
