Ill make sure its tight before a ride and when i get back I'll check it again its loose. I've tried to get a bolt on the other end of the latch bolt, but none will fit because there isn't enough room on he latch bolt after going through the latch support. I asked my brother who has a 64 suburban and he has experienced the same thing.
I'm afraid one day it will get loose and fall off and my hood will fly up while driving. Any thoughts on how to approach correcting this? Thanks john
