On my truck the front of the cab is bolted on with two 1/2 inch-13 t.p.i. by 3 inch hex head bolts (one each side). Length does not include head. The bolt goes from inside the cab down through the frame, and ends with a large composite washer, 1-3/4 inch square washer, lock washer and nut.
The rear of the cab is bolted on with two 3/8-16 t.p.i. by 1 inch hex head bolts each side (total of four). This goes up from the bottom. Inside the cab is a threaded plate. I don't know if the plate is loose or welded (rusted ) on so might be smart to take washers and nuts.
