Yup. I found oiling the "sort-of-ball-joint-things" under the dash helped, and then if you pop off the the wiper arms, you could put a drip of oil on there too. At least, that's what I've found helpful on my knackered wiper set up that currently forms the basis for my "rain seein" system.
