Hy Apache Kid, I'll be honest, my experience with disc/disc systems is extremely limited, however I will offer some thoughts. I imagine that there is some kind of a compensating valve in the system to keep the rear brakes from locking up on braking. If that valve was plumbed backwards it would actually give you less apply pressure to the front brakes, but that should happen in each stop situation. I don't understand the connection between the front wheel position (turning) and the position of the brake pedal.
