It's a matter of time management. How much time to you want to spend picking up this truck, disassembling it, disassembling your truck and putting the two back together, getting rid of the junk portion and everything else. Is it a five window? Does it have the 9' pick-up bed?
I would confirm the year of the truck too, does it come with a title? The front sheet metal (hood, Grille, valence, radiator, radiator support will be different and not much good for you, but good trading material.
On the other hand, If you plan on doing all of the metal work yourself, expect to spend at least 40 - 60 hours removing and replacing patch panels. $200 in materials minimum. To find a seat for yours, expect to pay $50 - $150
