I know i'll get bombarded for this,,but ive done it for many years, and many times.
I slip the hook of the chain-fall,,come along, or cherry picker around the rocker shaft.
It sure as heck isnt going to break,,you have multiple points for different leverage,and theres no worry of breaking off a head or mani bolt.
Like i said,,done it many times, no probs. and it works.
