about a month ago i bought a 52 3/4 ton 5 window w/ a 54 235 freshly rebuilt already sitting in it. i got it from my boss and along with it came a 216 that came out of his 53 truck. he told me the motor ran great, no knocks, not sure about the miles but i will find out.
to get to the purpose of this post, i have the engine sitting in my garage, all cleaned up but is it worth keeping and trying to find a new home for. is there much of a want for these engines anymore, knowing that most go for the 235 because of full pressure oiling.
