The radiator has a top fitting of 1 1/4 dia and the thermostat housing neck on the 235 has a 1 1/2 dia. Did the earlier 216's and 235's have a 1 1/4 themostat housing neck? How are people handling this difference of size. I am trying to find a reducer sleeve to handle this. Anyone else have any experience on this and part #'s or solutions? Any help is appreciated.
