yes, that's the right arm, although I don't recall the details now from my 46 [I changed to electric] - the wiper shaft hole needs to be in the right position [straight side to side?], you need to insert the rod while the arm is in an odd position [straight up?] and then lay it down on the glass as the arm cover goes over the shaft - the HAMBer has the wrong idea, the rod doesn't have to go in the hole past the bend, it just 'hooks' in - if you picture it without that cover, with the hole in the shaft straight side to side, the hooked end of the rod just slips in the hole, the spring pushes tight against the shaft, the cover goes down over the shaft end to keep the hook from exiting the hole .... theoretically
