OK, I was forced to look at these photo's again
He did have the id plate posted, so I put the id number in the
Vin buster (JAA115381) and it comes up unknown.That looks like a new Id plate too. One other difference that will help to determine the year is the drivers vent handle should be with a maroon knob, I believe that in 1949 and 50 they were missing the knob. I think this is a 1948, not a 1949 or 1951. It is not a 1947, because it has the three speed on the column.
