It is a '49 GMC 100 (1/2 ton). It has the hole in the left of the floor, the brackets on the frame for the cables and the dust shield does have the hole to accomodate the cable, just don't know how does it operate, since there is no lever the cable can pull. Seen brakes from '55 and they do have this extra lever inside, also in the parts book illustration.
