I will add to my 'album' of all detail later. I added .095 sheet iron to the inside / outside of the long bed. The paint shop did a fantastic job hiding the many tack welds. Each piece was sheered to specs and tacked to original bed. The two outside panels between the two stake pockets look like raised picture frames. If one gets down to the nitty gritty to check it out, it is not easy to see the 7 pieces that were added. The original tailgate will do just fine for now. All original, but the patriotic accessory rims. Bringing back old iron is what I do, it is who I am when I was born as a gearhead over 7 decades ago. Yesterday, my cardiologist gave me a thumbs up on my health and told me to remain active. My reply, "I'm gone'a do that". I seek the panel truck.
