Interesting question. Yes, the seat was a factory option (RPO-263B), so the holes would have been drilled at the factory.
Let's hope that someone will post the location of the holes in their panel (if it has the passenger seat option). If no one posts information, I'd just place the seat where I like it and they drill the mounting-holes in the floor?
