What you have is an aftermarket Arvin brand heater. You are missing the white arvin script on the front. That is what the oddly spaced holes in the front are for, that is to mount the script. I have/had one in my 52. I disassembled, sand blasted, primed, and painted it, also while it was disassembled I had the core cleaned and pressure tested. I then found another heater that had a good script, but no motor. I hadn't started on the new case, when I got a super deal on a working deluxe fresh air heater. The fresh air heater is currently waiting on cleaning and paint as well a pressure test on the core.
