Good find Jim, that's the first I've seen of them. I'll bet we will be seeing them at the other
vendors sites in the not to distant future. Seem like they could bring them in a little
cheaper than $50 a pair though. If anyone buys one I’d like to see a couple more pictures
of them, the back side for instance.

Shouldn't be terribly hard to copy those being flat like they are. Of course the original
ones were zinc die castings but they could be cast out of aluminum just as easily. I read a
ton of stuff on hobby casting a few years ago and got everything together to make a 5
gallon size furnace for melting aluminum and zinc but never got around to doing any.
That would have been an ideal project for a home caster. I wish there were more hours in
the day so I could try some of those many projects that I’ve been interested in trying. I’ve
even got several of Caswell plating kits on the shelf but haven’t been able to find the time
to mix them up and give them a try.
