RingLeader Shop Shark R Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 117 California	Sounds a bit low to me. I just finished a 1959 235 rebuild and spent $2300 on the long block machining and parts. I did the assembly myself on everything but the head. Sort of stock 1950 Chevrolet 3100 235 (The engine shread) (Engine assembly)- 4 speed - 12 bolt - stock front axle with power disc brakes
