Pretty simple. The only issue I've discovered with the camshaft is it can be difficult to get the fuel pump mounting bolts started if the lobe is at it's high point relative to the pump lever that rides on it. If that's the case just turn the engine a bit so the cam turns. I've found that even with the lobe in the "wrong" position it's not really that difficult to get the bolts started. I get one started (not difficult) and draw it down enough to get the other started.
