Okay, LMC Truck does show a tapered roller front wheel bearing conversion kit, for $169. It's on page 57 of their catalogue. But the application is for a 1/2 ton truck.
So again, this brings up the question of if the 1/2 ton takes a different size bearing than the 3/4 ton.
