I made one from a cheap imported 3/8" drive socket of the same diameter of the ignition switch bezel nut. Sit the socket on top of the bezel nut, mark the locations of the slots on the bezel nut on the socket. With a cutting wheel, remove the material around the perimeter of the socket, leaving only the knubs at the locations of the slots in the bezel nut...viola, you have a ignition switch bezel nut removal tool.
