I think the bedliner idea is worth looking into. Maybe some of the self adhesive souundmat/insulation would work too. I think the paper headliner only compounds the problem by wicking the moisture. Just like in your home, you need insulation and a vapor barrier to keep the moisture out. Just my two cents.
