I really appreciate your help. You explain things really well and have the pics to help me to understand as well. Your left side looks like it lines up really well as the cab corner wraps around the rocker, but on your right side it seems to bend up the corner to meet the bottom of the rocker for the 3 spot welds. This left a triangle void that someone stuck filler into(Mine might have been slightly worse than yours as far as how much it needed to be bent up). Can you see light through that gap?
