The one that came with my 58 gmc 3/4 ton (i dont think it was factory) is a box aprox 2"x3/4"x1 1/2" . It has one line going in and one going out. It located under the cab, with a cable that goes around and up into the dash that operates it.
Let me know if you want a brand name and i will crawl under it and look.
It will also leak down overnight.
