What i mean about the master cylinder is that the lines coming off of it are 1/4. which is what led me to believe the whole system is 1/4.But from what the guys at NAPA said after the first T the lines switch over to 3/8. That seemed a little odd to me but i don't have much experience in brake lines and the pressure they need.
