You might want to check with Mike B -- He might still have a set of fenders with that wide flare to fit your truck -- I was going to use them on my truck a few years ago but mine are the 3 inch flare and the wide flare would have looked odd on my set up.
With a 24,000 GVW, are you sure your truck is a 4000? My '65 4000 is rated at 19,500 on the VIN plate.
