Rims with riveted centers have a tendency to develop seep leaks around the rivet holes, so they might not be a good choice for tubeless tires. If you beadblast the area where the rivets penetrate the rim and paint it with a good-quality epoxy paint, the epoxy might bond well enough to seal up any leaks.
