I bought some heater hose once at O'Really's, looked at it before installing & it was razor cut every few inches- some duma$$ had opened the box using a box cutter-when I went back the guy showed me the whole roll was cut on the outside layer, all the way down. I asked him(manager) to take off the outer layer & sell me some w/o cuts, but he refunded my money instead(?). I have never been back to that store.
