| | | | Joined: May 2001 Posts: 7,438 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: May 2001 Posts: 7,438 | The top suction feed line was introduced in '54. The aftermarket sending units I have seen are of this type. Check with the usual truck specialty suppliers.
Also, depending on the source of your new tank, the drain plug may be metric threaded, not NPT. I'd advise converting to top feed. | | |
