Heres another column question. I have a tilt column out of a74 Impala that I want to install in my 37 truck. However, years ago a friend somehow shorten it by colapsing it.Now that I've installed a different upper mount, the bottom of the column (along with the automatic shifter linkage tab) will not even protrude through the floor. So how do I make the column long again?
