It depends on the quality of the equipment you are using. I have an 80 lb capacity pressuried media blaster I use with my shop compressor. The Norton strip discs are quicker.

Back when I sandblasted my Model A I rented a commercial style blaster. Basically a v-8 engine, 4 cylinders as a compressor, 4 as the motor to drive the compressor. It stripped quicker than the Norton discs.
