Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 16 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 16 | my 62 has a 7lb pressure cap. i installed a 383 engine and am wondering if i could go to a 13 lb cap for more efficient cooling without blowing my heater core. i had the core fixed before i started running the new engine. if anybody knows if this is safe to do let me know. i have installed a new aluminum radiator from cool craft they say 13 will be ok but they don't know if the core will stand the pressure or not. | | |
