Probably not, but there are plenty of drive gears available to correct any error it might have. A good speedo shop can also set up a speed-correcting gearbox if necessary. Drive the vehicle over a measured mile at an indicated 60 MPH and time the mile. 60 seconds = 60 MPH. Faster or slower can be converted into a percentage of correction necessary that can be converted into the number of teeth to add or subtract from the drive gear it has now.
