That should look just like the original one as I said, I copied it off of an original door that
was bent.
I taint no draftsman but I do like to sketch up what ever I take off or need to make for the
trucks so if it ever pops up again I have the dimensions on file.
My daughter is pretty good at AutoCAD and keeps buggin’ me to use it. But I've tried
using it since it was first released. I worked in the inspection group and we had a seat on
the mainframe where I worked which we used in programming the CMM machines, the
nd we had a seat on it for our inspection group. But the learning curve is to steep for me,
since I’m just a part time user. If I'm away from it for a few weeks or a month I have to
start all over leaning how to use it again and never get any thing done.
I started using Design Cad 3-D back about twenty some years ago when I got my 386SX
and have used it in the 2-D mode ever since to make up the working sketches for the
shop. I can be away from it for six months and I'm back making a usable drawing in 5 or
10 minutes.
