Thanks Tiny for the advice but because I'm not from this area it makes it more complicated .I got a rental car from them and a lady is letting me rent a room for 20 a night but as soon as they make me some stupid low ball offer and I refuse it I could loose the rental car and be stuck with the storage fees after that . I have a lawyer helping me but he does not want to take the case yet because it was not my falt and would be just taking my money for no reason .The guy addmitted to the police he was looking down at the time of the crash.Thanks Paul
