I used Borgeson, they're fine but I think Flaming River has a better product, next time I'll go to them.

I've also used junkyard parts, just look around till you see something usefull. A lot of this steering stuff is standard so it's not hard to find what you need used and mix and match.

For the column I'd use the original (and have), cut it off and install a bearing, the usual vendors sell it or you can buy a standard 3/4" ID bearing and turn your own adapter sleeve for the outside.
