| | | | Joined: May 2003 Posts: 328 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2003 Posts: 328 | I have done this. I used a 1976 P/U as the donor. I had to make 1/2" spacers for each side of the frame as the crossmember is 1" wider than the AD frame. The wheels will stick out of the wheel wells by about 3/4" on each side. This is an easy and cheap alternative to a Mustang II front end, but you have to live with the front end being wider.
